Job Description

  • Lead and manage the HR shared services team to deliver high-quality support across HR operations.
  • Streamline processes to improve efficiency and compliance within the accounting and finance departments.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, ensuring alignment with local regulations and organisational goals.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HR service delivery, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to address HR needs and provide guidance on best practices.
  • Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Ensure data accuracy and maintain HR systems for reporting and analytics.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the HR shared services team, fostering professional growth.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of HR Shared Services should have:

  • A strong background in HR operations within the business services industry.
  • Payroll and Workday expertise is a MUST.
  • Proven expertise in managing shared services teams and HR processes.
  • Knowledge of local employment laws and compliance requirements.
  • Experience in supporting accounting and finance departments is advantageous.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and data analytics tools.
