Job Description

Strategic HR Leadership

  • Act as the trusted advisor to the CEO and senior leadership team on all people-related matters.
  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives and workforce requirements.
  • Drive organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management initiatives.
  • Support business transformation and change management efforts across the organization.



Talent Management & Organization Development

  • Lead talent acquisition, learning and development, employee engagement, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
  • Build a strong talent pipeline to support current and future business growth.
  • Foster a high-performance culture that promotes accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.



Employee & Industrial Relations

  • Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, disciplinary matters, and employment legislation.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
  • Partner with leaders to manage workforce challenges and enhance employee experience.



Compensation & Benefits

  • Oversee compensation, benefits, rewards, and recognition programs.
  • Ensure competitive and sustainable HR practices that support attraction and retention strategies.



HR Operations & Team Leadership

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR professionals across HR Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development,



Compensation & Benefits, and HR Operations.

  • Drive process improvements and HR operational excellence.
  • Ensure HR policies, systems, and processes are efficient, compliant, and scalable.



Stakeholder Management

  • Build strong partnerships with clinical and non-clinical leaders.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business needs and provide effective HR solutions.
  • Champion organizational culture and employee engagement initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 12-15 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership responsibilities.
  • Proven experience leading the full spectrum of HR functions.
  • Experience working closely with senior business leaders and executive stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated track record in leading and developing HR teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills.
