Job Description

  • Lead the development and implementation of complex digital delivery strategies on web and mobile
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives to meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of digital solutions.
  • Manage resources, budgets, and timelines effectively for digital projects.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance digital experiences using emerging technologies.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and security requirements within digital operations.
  • Drive innovation by staying updated on industry trends and advancements in digital and AI.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the technology team.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Development should have:

  • Proven expertise in delivering digital transformation projects within the financial services sector.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills to oversee complex initiatives.
  • Technical knowledge and hands-on in development with programming language such as: Java, Spring Boot, Reactjs, Nodejs, Javascript, Flutter
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across various functions effectively.
  • Familiarity with regulatory and security standards in financial services technology and AI solutions
  • An analytical mindset with a focus on driving measurable outcomes.
