Job Description

  • Develop and implement governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) frameworks and policies.
  • Monitor and assess organisational compliance with regulations and internal policies.
  • Conduct risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to GRC initiatives.
  • Prepare reports and provide recommendations to improve compliance and risk management.
  • Support audits and ensure timely resolution of identified issues.
  • Stay updated with industry standards and regulatory requirements to ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Provide training and awareness programs to employees on GRC best practices.

The Successful Applicant

A successful GRC Analyst should have:

  • Governance and controls aligned to the COBIT framework
  • Managing and monitoring the System of Internal Controls
  • Ensuring Compliance with External Requirements
  • Supporting Managed Assurance initiatives
  • Conducting Performance and Conformance Monitoring
  • Process governance and control activities
  • Annual User Access Reviews
  • Compliance reporting and governance-related analytics
  • Candidates with prior External and Internal Audit experience will be viewed favorably
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage compliance-related activities independently
