Job Description

  • Develop and execute go-to-market merchandising strategies.
  • Build seasonal product assortments aligned to consumer demand.
  • Analyse market trends, performance, and competitive landscape.
  • Partner with buying, marketing, sales, and planning teams.
  • Optimise product lifecycle and category performance.
  • Manage assortment planning across key retail channels.
  • Drive commercial opportunities through data-led insights.
  • Present merchandising recommendations to senior stakeholders.



The Successful Applicant

  • Proven merchandising experience within lifestyle, fashion, or sportswear.
  • Strong commercial acumen and analytical capability.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Experience managing seasonal assortment planning processes.
  • Ability to interpret consumer, market, and sales data.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
