This role sits at the intersection of international trade, export operations, order management, and shipping documentation. You will play a critical role in ensuring smooth execution of export activities by managing customer orders, coordinating trade documentation, supporting shipment execution, and working closely with customers, suppliers, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders.

Job Description

  • Manage customer and purchase orders to support efficient export operations
  • Review and coordinate trade documents including Bills of Lading (BL), shipping documents, and supporting export documentation
  • Support Letter of Credit (LC) and documentary trade requirements where applicable
  • Monitor shipment progress and provide timely updates to customers and stakeholders
  • Coordinate closely with logistics providers, suppliers, customers, and internal teams
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records within SAP and related systems
  • Support operational KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • * Participate in process enhancements to improve efficiency, accuracy, and customer experience

The Successful Applicant

A successful Trade Documentation Executive should have:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, International Trade, or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Export Operations, Trade Documentation, Logistics Operations, Customer Operations, or Supply Chain functions
  • Hands-on experience handling shipping documents and export-related processes
  • Understanding of documentary trade requirements and international shipping processes
  • SAP experience, particularly SAP SD module, would be highly advantageous
  • Strong stakeholder management, coordination, and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
