Job Description

  • Monitor and report on service desk performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Global Service Desk Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in managing IT service desks or similar roles in the transport & distribution industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Knowledge of IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL.
