Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end payroll operations with support from external vendors.
  • Act as the main point of contact for payroll-related queries from clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Handle payroll queries through ticketing systems and email channels.
  • Manage ad hoc payroll cases including contract changes and off-cycle payments.
  • Perform data validation, reconciliation, and tracking using Excel.
  • Ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.
  • Support continuous improvement of payroll processes and workflows.
