Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end customer order processing and updates in SAP.
  • Track order fulfilment and coordinate with logistics and planning teams.
  • Handle order changes, returns, and exception scenarios.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery execution.
  • Support documentation, invoicing coordination, and order accuracy.
  • Manage customer enquiries related to orders and operational matters.
  • Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Customer Service (O2C) - should have:

  • 1-5 years of experience in order management, customer operations, logistics, or related roles.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
  • Experience working in a B2B environment with order or process handling.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage data accurately.
  • Good communication skills and stakeholder coordination ability.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within a structured, fast-paced environment.
