This role sits within a regional operations excellence function and focuses on improving business processes, enhancing operational performance, and supporting transformation initiatives across multiple countries and business units. Working closely with operational teams and regional stakeholders, you will play an important role in analysing performance trends, driving process improvements, and ensuring continuous operational efficiency.

Job Description

  • Support and drive operational excellence initiatives across regional business operations
  • Analyze operational performance data and identify process improvement opportunities
  • Support KPI reporting, performance measurement, and operational analytics activities
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system enhancements, and business change initiatives
  • Participate in regional projects aimed at improving efficiency and service delivery
  • Develop, review, and maintain process documentation and knowledge materials
  • Support issue resolution relating to operational processes and system
  • Work closely with regional stakeholders to ensure process compliance and operational effectiveness
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and best practice implementation

The Successful Applicant

The Successful Applicant:

  • 2-6 years of experience within Supply Chain, Customer Operations, Order Management, Process Improvement, or related functions
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
  • Experience working with operational processes, KPI reporting, or performance management activities
  • Exposure to process improvement, continuous improvement, or operational excellence initiatives would be advantageous
  • Experience supporting projects, systems enhancements, UAT, or business transformation activities is preferred
  • SAP or ERP system experience would be an added advantage
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
