About Our Client



A Fortune 500 multinational organization operating within the automotive and manufacturing sector, supporting customers across global markets through an extensive supply chain and logistics network. As part of its Asia operations team, the organization is looking for a Freight Audit Analyst to support freight billing validation, logistics operations, and supplier coordination across the Asia region, with a strong focus on the Asian market.

Job Description



  • Audit & Manage freight invoices and transportation charges against agreed terms and operational requirements


  • Investigate billing discrepancies and coordinate resolution with logistics providers
  • Support freight payment validation and reporting processes
  • Liaise closely with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Assist in managing freight audit results and operational exceptions
  • Support dashboard preparation and reporting activities
  • Maintain accurate documentation and freight audit records

The Successful Applicant

A successful Freight Auditor should have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related disciplines
  • Mandarin proficiency is required to support regional stakeholders
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Good attention to detail and analytical mindset
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Prior exposure to logistics, freight operations, transportation, customer service, or invoice processing will be advantageous
  • Knowledge of Business Management, import/export, transportation, or warehousing operations would be an added advantage
