Job Description



  • Lead the development, review, and alignment of Group-wide compensation, benefits, and incentive frameworks, balancing overarching principles with business needs to strengthen the Group's ability to attract and retain talent through effective total rewards strategies.


  • Champion the Group's reward philosophy, including job architecture, grading frameworks, pay positioning, role titling, performance-linked reward strategies, and governance standards.


  • Continuously assess and refine total rewards solutions to ensure alignment with business priorities-maintaining internal equity, cost efficiency, strong performance incentives, reinforcement of desired behaviors, and external market competitiveness.


  • Drive Group-level benchmarking, job evaluation, and pay equity analyses to ensure competitiveness, fairness, and regulatory compliance.


  • Oversee daily HR operations, including payroll, employee data management, HR policies, and shared people services.


  • Enhance operational efficiency through process optimization and high-quality service delivery across the HR Operations function.


  • Manage and evolve the organisation's performance management framework, including the annual appraisal cycle.



The Successful Applicant



  • Minimum 15 years of progressive HR experience, with strong expertise across Total Rewards, HR Operations, Performance Management, and governance frameworks.


  • Experience in regulated or highly governed environments (e.g., insurance, financial services, banking) is preferred.


  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.


  • Proven stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and partner effectively across senior leadership levels.


  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage and articulate ideas clearly.


  • Ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels, effectively balancing long-term planning with hands-on execution.
