We're looking for a Senior GenAI Engineer who is excited to build, improve, and own AI-powered products from end to end (Generative AI, LLM applications, RAG solutions). This is not a role for someone who waits for requirements to be handed over. We need a product-minded engineer who can engage directly with stakeholders, navigate ambiguity, and turn ideas into production-ready solutions.

Job Description

  • Partner directly with business stakeholders to translate ideas into scalable technology solutions
  • Design, build, and enhance GenAI and LLM-powered applications, features, and integrations
  • Take ownership of existing applications, identifying opportunities to improve performance, security, and user experience
  • Troubleshoot complex technical challenges and ensure solutions are production-ready
  • Drive engineering excellence through quality coding standards, testing, documentation, and best practices
  • Utilize modern AI development tools to accelerate delivery while maintaining strong engineering judgment

The Successful Applicant

A successful LLM Engineer should have:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
  • Over 8 years of experience in full-stack or product engineering, with a track record of delivering production-ready applications
  • Strong understanding of frontend and backend development, APIs, databases, system integrations, and authentication
  • Proficiency in Python, Nodejs, Typescript, React
  • Hands-on experience working with modern AI development tools and the confidence to validate, refine, and improve AI-generated code
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to debug and navigate complex or legacy codebases
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, containerized environments, Docker, and CI/CD practices
  • A proactive, self-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities effectively
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence partnering directly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Exposure to Generative AI, LLM applications, RAG solutions, AI agents, or document automation projects
