Job Description

  • Lead full‑stack development initiatives, delivering scalable and high‑quality digital solutions across front‑end and back‑end layers
  • Design, build, and maintain modern web applications using contemporary frameworks, APIs, and data-driven architectures
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate requirements into practical, high‑impact technical solutions
  • Own features end‑to‑end, from user experience and application logic to integration and deployment readiness
  • Uphold strong engineering standards, including code quality, performance optimisation, security, and maintainability
  • Contribute to architectural decisions, ensuring solutions are scalable while aligning with creative and business goals
  • Apply best practices in testing, monitoring, and performance to deliver reliable and efficient applications
  • Support smooth delivery through effective workflows, environment management, and release processes
  • Identify and resolve technical challenges proactively while continuously improving systems and processes
  • Stay current with evolving technologies and explore opportunities to enhance capabilities, including emerging AI‑driven features
  • Share knowledge and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence

The Successful Applicant

A successful Fullstack Development Lead should have:

  • Strong full‑stack expertise across modern front‑end and back‑end technologies, with hands‑on experience in React/Next.js, TypeScript, and API‑driven architectures
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor development teams, driving high standards in quality, collaboration, and delivery
  • Solid engineering fundamentals, including data modelling, authentication, performance optimisation, security, and scalable system design
  • Experience building responsive, accessible, and SEO‑friendly user experiences aligned with modern web standards
  • Practical experience delivering AI‑enabled features, including LLM and RAG workflows (retrieval, prompt orchestration, and optimisation of performance and cost)
  • Strong problem‑solving skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines
  • Familiarity with modern development workflows, including CI/CD practices and cloud or platform-based environments
  • Effective communicator, able to collaborate cross‑functionally and explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders
  • Proactive, self‑driven approach with strong ownership and accountability
  • Up‑to‑date with industry trends, with a focus on innovation, continuous improvement, and team collaboration
