Job Description

Reporting and Analysis

Using Business intelligence tools to analyse both financial and non-financial data from various data sources.
Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization
Support APAC Operations Director and business partners in achieving same shared goals, locally, regionally and globally
Perform variance analysis on actual results vs forecast, budget and prior year, proactively identifying opportunities for improvements
Provide insight and value adding analysis
Propose and implement reporting improvements where appropriate.

Budgeting and Forecasting

Assist in the preparation of quarterly forecasting process and annual budget, using Tagetik.

Other Duties

Any ad-hoc analyses and reports as needed to support decision making.* Other duties as required by Manager

The Successful Applicant

* Fluency in English* Ideally previous experience in Shared Services, and FP&A/financial reporting activities* Degree Qualified* Advanced Excel* Ability to deal with multicultural environment* Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.* Excellent attention to detail.* Strong interpersonal skills* Ability to plan, organise and manage a number of tasks, working to tight deadlines.* Demonstration of a "can-do" approach.* Flexible and able to adapt to changing needs to business and reporting* Inquisitive, inventive and creative nature* Team player* As your role within Page Group includes operating as part of a team, you are expected to work as a team member, show appropriate behaviours and respect to all our employees and work with a spirit of co-operation.
