Job Description

  • Manage accounting operations and financial reporting for the APAC region.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements and international financial reporting standards.
  • Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Review and analyze financial data to support decision-making and business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors during audits.
  • Develop and implement financial controls and procedures to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the accounting team to achieve departmental goals.
  • Act as a key financial advisor for stakeholders within the APAC region.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Financial Reporting Manager should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience in managing accounting functions within SSC/GBS.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial systems and tools.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities to guide a team effectively.
