Job Description

  • Analyze and interpret large volumes of financial and operational data.
  • Support enterprise-level financial reporting and business performance analysis.
  • Perform financial data management, validation, reconciliation, and reporting activities.
  • Extract, transform, and consolidate data from multiple sources for reporting purposes.
  • Develop and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, and financial datasets.
  • Identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights through data analysis.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities where required.
  • Improve reporting processes through automation and efficiency initiatives.
  • Utilize tools such as Power Query, Excel Macros, and data visualization platforms to streamline reporting workflows.
  • Collaborate closely with finance stakeholders in SEA region to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Financial Analyst should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, FP&A, finance operations, reporting, or financial data management.
  • Ability to analyze, interpret, and present large datasets accurately.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis techniques.
  • Must have experience in Power Query, Power BI and/or Macros/VBA or any relevant software/system
