Job Description

  • Prepare, analyze, and present financial reports to support decision-making processes.
  • Oversee budgeting and forecasting activities to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and company policies.
  • Manage cash flow and financial risk effectively.
  • Lead and mentor the accounting team to achieve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop financial strategies.
  • Coordinate external audits and liaise with auditors for accurate reporting.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and implement financial improvements.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Manager should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent is preferred.
  • Proven experience in financial management within the Energy & Natural Resources industry.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools.
  • Leadership skills to manage and inspire a team.
