Job Description

1. Financial Leadership & ReportingLead all finance and accounting, ensuring accurate group consolidation and timely, compliant financial and management reporting.2. Strategic Treasury & Cash FlowDrive treasury and working capital management, including banking relations, financing, cash flow forecasting, and debt management to optimize funds and minimize interest.3. Budgeting & Financial AnalysisOversee financial planning and forecasting, preparing and critically reviewing budgets, and analyzing variances to guide management decisions.4. Internal Controls & Process ImprovementChampion internal controls and operational efficiency by maintaining SOPs, ensuring compliance, and actively identifying and implementing process enhancements.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Manager should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and industry standards.
  • Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
