Job Description

  • Lead and manage the site's Facilities organization, including engineers, technicians, and service providers.
  • Oversee all building systems including:
  • Electrical distribution and power infrastructure
  • Mechanical systems
  • Chiller and HVAC systems
  • Fire detection and suppression systems
  • Plumbing and wastewater treatment systems
  • Dry room and cleanroom facilities
  • Office and manufacturing facility operations
  • Ensure facility readiness to support production requirements and future expansion plans.
  • Drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability.
  • Manage facilities budgets, contracts, vendors, and outsourced service providers.
  • Support facility-related projects including infrastructure upgrades, utility expansion, and building improvements.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency and cost optimization.
  • Partner with Operations, Engineering, EHS, and leadership teams to ensure plant objectives are achieved.
  • Champion a strong culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and operational discipline.
  • Act swiftly and effectively during emergency situations or facility-related incidents impacting production.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of facilities management experience within a large manufacturing environment.
  • Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary facilities teams.
  • Strong knowledge of:
    • Electrical systems and utilities
    • HVAC, chiller and AHU systems
    • Cleanroom and controlled environments
    • Building services and infrastructure
    • Maintenance and asset management
  • Experience working with government agencies, utilities, and regulatory authorities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
