Job Description

  • Coordinate and manage all export activities to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for all export transactions and customs requirements.
  • Liaise with internal teams, freight forwarders, and clients to streamline processes and resolve issues.
  • Monitor and optimize export logistics to improve cost efficiency and service levels.
  • Analyze export data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
  • Provide training and support to the procurement and supply chain team regarding export procedures.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance supply chain performance in the industrial and manufacturing industry.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Export Management professional should have:

  • Educational background in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of export regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in logistics and supply chain operations within the industrial and manufacturing industry.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Detail-oriented approach to handling documentation and processes.
