Job Description

  • Lead full-cycle ERP implementation from planning to deployment and post-go-live support
  • Lead system configuration, customization, and implementation processes to ensure seamless integration.
  • Provide technical support and resolve issues related to the ERP system efficiently.
  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure system functionality and reliability.
  • Conduct user training sessions to enhance system adoption and usability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and processes.
  • Monitor and maintain system performance, ensuring data accuracy and security.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and recommend enhancements to improve system capabilities.

The Successful Applicant

  • Min 3 years of experience in ERP implementation or functional consulting
  • Strong business process analysis and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in system configuration, data migration, and testing
  • Ability to manage multiple project phases independently
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Experience working with cross-functional and technical teams
