Job Description

  • Lead business development efforts and expand client portfolio across enterprise accounts
  • Manage both new sales acquisition and existing client relationships
  • Understand client HR challenges and propose tailored software solutions
  • Conduct product demos and presentations to senior stakeholders
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention through proactive account management
  • Work closely with regional teams across Malaysia and Singapore

The Successful Applicant

A successful Enterprise Sales Manager should have:

  • 3-10 years of experience in HR SaaS, SaaS or technology sales
  • Proven track record in enterprise sales environment
  • Experience selling to tier 1 client is highly preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Agile, self-motivated, independent, and comfortable working remotely
  • Familiarity with HRMS, payroll, or enterprise software solutions is an advantage
