Job Description

  • Lead and manage fund accounting operations, ensuring high-quality service standards are met across private equity clients.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee client onboarding processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve issues effectively.
  • Monitor and evaluate service delivery performance metrics.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions.
  • Provide leadership and mentoring to the client delivery team.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the financial services industry.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Director, should have:

  • Proven experience in Fund Accounting or a similar role in the financial services industry. (MUST HAVE)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent understanding of banking and financial services operations across private equity. (MUST HAVE)
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic plans effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements in the financial services sector.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in analysing and improving operational processes.
