Job Description

  • Lead daily card operations to maintain accurate, timely and consistent service delivery.
  • Set operational priorities and coordinate activities across card service processes.
  • Review workflows and introduce practical improvements that strengthen service outcomes.
  • Monitor operational performance and address issues that may affect card processing.
  • Work with relevant internal teams to resolve operational matters and maintain clear handovers.
  • Maintain clear operational records to support informed decisions and process continuity.
  • Identify recurring process gaps and implement actions to improve efficiency.
  • Provide operational direction for card-related activities within the Banking & Financial Services department.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Director Of Card Operations should have:
