Job Description

  • Own end‑to‑end demand and supply planning activities for assigned categories or portfolios
  • Act as the key planning interface between commercial, supply chain, operations, and customer solutions teams
  • Translate demand signals into executable supply and inventory plans, balancing service, cost, and working capital
  • Proactively identify risks related to demand volatility, supply constraints, or inventory exposure, and push solutions forward
  • Drive forecast accuracy and planning discipline through strong assumptions, data, and system usage
  • Actively challenge planning assumptions and ways of working, always with a solution‑oriented mindset
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across planning processes, tools, and decision‑making
  • Play an influential role in energising the broader planning and stakeholder community despite being an individual contributor
  • Operate with high ownership, resilience, and accountability in a fast‑moving environment

The Successful Applicant

A successful Demand & Supply Planning Manager should have:

  • Experience as a Demand Planning Manager, Supply Planning Manager, or similar planning role
  • Comfortable operating as a sole contributor, with strong personal drive and initiative
  • Highly proactive, able to push topics forward rather than wait for direction
  • Demonstrates a clear growth mindset, openness to learning, and adaptability
  • Resilient, energetic, and able to bring momentum and positivity to the wider team
  • Confident engaging and influencing cross‑functional stakeholders
  • Strong analytical capability with a practical, execution‑focused approach
  • Background in either demand or supply planning is acceptable given the transferable nature of the role
