Job Description

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end data migration process for ERP implementation across Malaysia and Singapore operations.
  • Ensure data readiness by preparing, cleansing, and validating data for migration activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and address data quality issues.
  • Develop and execute data migration plans, including timelines and resource allocation.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of data migration to ensure adherence to project milestones.
  • Identify potential risks and establish mitigation strategies to ensure seamless data transition.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance policies and industry standards throughout the migration process.
  • Provide post-migration support and troubleshoot any issues related to data integrity or functionality.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Data Migration & Readiness Lead (MY & SG) ERP should have:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in data migration within ERP systems, especially in the retail industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve data-related issues effectively.
  • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of data governance, compliance standards, and best practices in data management.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills to meet deadlines and deliverables.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment in Kuala Lumpur and manage multiple priorities.
