Job Description

  • Develop and implement effective data management strategies and frameworks.
  • Ensure data quality, security, and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Oversee data governance processes to maintain data integrity.
  • Collaborate with the Analytics department to optimize data usage for decision-making.
  • Provide insights based on analytical data to assist Operations team in decision making process;
  • Provide insights and proposal to support and improve operations key business
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet data needs to strengthen business operations;
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders to leverage third party data on data sharing strategy;
  • Identify opportunity for data optimization, automation and innovation to enhance data management and support business growth.
  • Overseeing data governance processes, ensuring data quality and integrity;
  • Manage, monitor and ensure the implementation of Data Culture programmes

The Successful Applicant

A successful Data Management Manager should have:

  • Strong knowledge of data governance and management frameworks.
  • Possess a Bachelor's Degree in the field of: Statistics/ Data Analytics / Data Science/ Business Economics/ Actuary or equivalent qualifications.
  • More than 10 years of experiences in data strategies and analytics, statistics and managing stakeholders.
  • Willingness to learn, work in a team, develop people and share knowledge.
  • Ability to effectively communicate (verbal and written correspondence) in a professional manner with stakeholders.
