Job Description

  • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions using enterprise BI tools.
  • Analyse data and create meaningful insights to support business decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineers to understand data sources, lineage, and data quality requirements.
  • Optimise dashboard performance, data refresh processes, and reporting efficiency.
  • Define KPIs and translate business requirements into impactful visualisations.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and privacy standards.
  • Prepare documentation and support end-user adoption and training.
  • Participate in Agile delivery processes and cross-functional project initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Data Analyst should have:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Reporting.
  • Strong SQL skills with proven experience in data extraction, validation, and quality checks.
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI or similar enterprise BI tools.
  • Good understanding of ETL/ELT processes, data modelling, and data governance principles.
  • Experience working with business stakeholders and translating requirements into dashboards and reports.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
