Job Description

  • Manage the product direction and roadmap for cybersecurity offerings, keeping priorities aligned with business needs.
  • Define product requirements and translate cybersecurity needs into clear plans for delivery teams.
  • Review product performance and user feedback to identify improvements that strengthen product value.
  • Coordinate product releases and updates to ensure plans, requirements and timelines are clearly communicated.
  • Work with Technology teams to assess product features and support informed delivery decisions.
  • Maintain product documentation, including requirements, roadmaps and release information, for consistent execution.
  • Track market developments in cybersecurity products to inform product planning and feature priorities.
  • Present product plans and progress updates to relevant stakeholders, supporting clear decisions and next steps.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Cybersecurity Product Manager should have:

  • Experience managing cybersecurity products, including product planning and roadmap development.
  • Ability to gather, define and document product requirements clearly.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity product features, user needs and market developments.
  • Experience working with Technology teams on product delivery and release activities.
  • Ability to review product feedback and performance data to guide product improvements.
  • Confidence communicating product priorities, plans and updates to stakeholders.

  • Permanent employment contract.
  • Salary of MYR 135,000 to MYR 180,000.
