Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end shipping operations, ensuring smooth coordination with ports, agents, and internal teams.
  • Handle customer interactions to deliver efficient and high-quality service throughout the logistics process.
  • Prepare and ensure accuracy of all required shipping and operational documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with international clients and partners across different regions.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Customer Service Specialist should have:

  • Diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in shipping, freight forwarding, or logistics operations
  • Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure while meeting deadlines
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with international stakeholders
  • Proficient in logistics systems and Microsoft Office tools
