Our client is a reputable multinational corporation (MNC) with a strong global presence and established shared services operations in Malaysia.

Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end order processing, including order entry, tracking, and fulfilment
  • Handle customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (logistics, finance, supply chain) to resolve issues
  • Ensure accuracy of order details, pricing, and delivery timelines
  • Maintain up-to-date records in internal systems and ensure compliance with company processes
  • Proactively identify and escalate service or operational issues where required

The Successful Applicant

  • Proficiency in Japanese (min JLPT N2) and English (both written and spoken)
  • Experience in customer service, order management, or related functions is preferred
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, structured environment
  • Good attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems is an added advantage
