Job Description

  • Manage and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for German-speaking clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, such as procurement and supply chain, to ensure timely delivery of orders.
  • Monitor order status and provide regular updates to clients.
  • Handle documentation related to order processing and shipping.
  • Identify areas for process improvement to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the system.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Customer Service Order Management - German Speaker should have:

  • Proficiency in both German and English languages, both written and spoken.
  • Experience or knowledge in order management, customer service, or supply chain processes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a busy environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Familiarity with relevant tools or software for order processing and documentation.
