Job Description

  • Process and manage customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure order fulfilment aligns with client requirements.
  • Act as the main point of contact for Arabic-speaking clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Monitor order statuses and proactively communicate updates to customers.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with the procurement and supply chain teams to optimise order management processes.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all transactions.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to customer service and order management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Customer Service Order Management - Arabic Speaking professional should have:

  • Fluency in both Arabic and English, with excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in customer service, order processing, or a related field within procurement and supply chain.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using order management systems or related software.
  • An ability to work effectively in a busy, multicultural environment.
