Job Description

  • Manage customer orders from receipt to fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Communicate with international customers in German, French, Italian, or Spanish to address inquiries and provide updates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve order discrepancies and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to meet delivery timelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and provide solutions promptly.
  • Support process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
  • Prepare regular reports on order management and customer service performance.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Customer Service Order Management professional should have:
