  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's objectives.
  • Analyse financial data to provide insights and recommendations for decision-making.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Evaluate potential investment opportunities and lead due diligence processes.
  • Manage corporate finance activities, including capital structure and funding strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimise financial performance and efficiency.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Corporate Finance Manager should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent are preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Experience in corporate finance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
