Job Description

  • Draft, review and negotiate commercial and corporate agreements.
  • Advise on corporate governance, compliance and legal risk matters.
  • Support corporate transactions, restructuring and financing initiatives.
  • Partner with senior management on strategic business projects.
  • Develop and strengthen internal legal policies and frameworks.
  • Liaise with external counsel and relevant stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Corporate Counsel should have:

  • LL.B. qualification and admission to the Bar.
  • Fresh graduates/newly called lawyers are welcome to apply.
  • Interest in corporate, commercial, or corporate finance law.
  • Strong drafting, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
