Job Description

  • Manage cloud environments to maintain reliable and available technology services.
  • Monitor cloud system performance and address operational issues in a timely manner.
  • Configure and maintain cloud infrastructure to support business applications.
  • Improve cloud service reliability through regular reviews and practical system updates.
  • Investigate technical incidents and implement solutions to reduce repeat issues.
  • Work with the Technology department to align cloud services with operational needs.
  • Maintain clear technical documentation for cloud configurations and changes.
  • Support the ongoing delivery of cloud infrastructure improvements across the business.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure administration, engineering, or operations.
  • Experience managing cloud environments on platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP), with Azure exposure being preferred.
  • Strong understanding of cloud networking, virtual machines, storage, databases, backup, monitoring, and infrastructure management.
  • Experience with identity and access management, cloud security best practices, and governance frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with scripting and automation tools such as PowerShell, Bash, Python, CLI tools, or equivalent.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Bicep, CloudFormation, or similar.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across infrastructure and application teams.
