Job Description

  • Lead legal consulting activities across Southeast Asia, while supporting India and other Asia markets as part of the regional leadership team.
  • Partner with business development teams to identify opportunities, develop pursuit strategies, and build senior stakeholder relationships.
  • Advise law firm leaders and C-suite executives on legal innovation, AI adoption, and workflow transformation.
  • Analyse legal workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and deliver solution demonstrations to enhance productivity and client outcomes.
  • Support the sales process by aligning stakeholders, addressing client requirements, and driving successful deal progression.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide market insights, shape product strategy, and support go-to-market initiatives.
  • Build strategic relationships across the legal industry, mentor internal teams, and represent the organisation at industry events.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Client Development Partner should have:

  • LLB degree holder and called to the Malaysian Bar with a strong background in legal practice (Ideally, the candidate should have 6 to 8 years of private practice experience with a top-tier law firm)
  • Excellent client relationship management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
  • A proactive and client-focused approach.
