Job Description

Reporting to a senior executive leader, you will play a critical role in supporting strategic planning, organisational alignment, and transformation initiatives across multiple business functions. You will act as a trusted advisor to leadership and help ensure that key priorities are effectively translated into actionable outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Partner with senior leaders to define and execute strategic priorities.
  • Lead enterprise-wide transformation and business improvement initiatives.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of goals and execution.
  • Identify key business challenges and develop practical solutions supported by data and insights.
  • Establish governance frameworks, operating rhythms, and project management disciplines.
  • Support organisational planning, resource prioritisation, and execution of critical business initiatives.
  • Facilitate communication and alignment across leadership teams and business units.
  • Monitor strategic programs and ensure delivery against agreed objectives and timelines.
  • Coach and influence teams to foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships across regional and local teams.

The Successful Applicant

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience within strategy, consulting, transformation, operations, program management, or business leadership roles.
  • Strong track record of delivering complex cross-functional projects and transformation programs.
  • Experience working across regional or multinational environments.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior executives.
  • Proven ability to navigate complexity and drive alignment across multiple teams.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience within technology, consumer, digital, or high-growth organisations would be advantageous.
