Job Description

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve organisational goals across the APAC region.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team to maximise results.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the BFSI industry.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior management.
  • Drive a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence in the sales department.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Chief Sales Officer, APAC (BFSI) should have:

  • A strong background in sales leadership within Technology industry, specifically in the BFSI sector.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve targets.
  • Preferably come from Public Listed company background.
