Job Description

Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, the Chief Executive Officer will be responsible for leading the company's overseas business operations and executing its international expansion strategy.Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and execute the company's global growth strategy across key international markets.
  • Assume full P&L responsibility and drive sustainable revenue growth, profitability, and shareholder value.
  • Lead overseas market entry strategies, business development initiatives, and strategic partnerships.
  • Identify opportunities for expansion through organic growth, joint ventures, partnerships, and acquisitions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, investors, government agencies, regulators, and industry partners.
  • Drive commercial excellence across sales, marketing, and customer engagement functions.
  • Ensure operational effectiveness across manufacturing, supply chain, R&D, engineering, and corporate functions.
  • Champion innovation and position the company as a leading player within the global semiconductor industry.
  • Lead organizational transformation initiatives to support scalability and long-term growth.
  • Foster a high-performance culture while developing leadership capabilities across international teams.
  • Work closely with the Board to define long-term strategic objectives and business priorities.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate governance, regulatory, and public-listed company requirements.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Electronics, Semiconductor Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline. An MBA is preferred.
  • Proven CEO, President, Managing Director, General Manager, or equivalent executive leadership experience.
  • Minimum 15 years of leadership experience within the semiconductor, electronics, advanced manufacturing, or technology sectors.
  • Demonstrated success leading international business expansion and cross-border operations.
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor markets, industry trends, supply chains, and customer ecosystems.
  • Track record of driving significant revenue growth, business transformation, and operational improvements.
  • Extensive experience managing large-scale multinational organizations and diverse leadership teams.
  • Strong strategic, financial, and commercial acumen with proven P&L management experience.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Experience within a publicly listed company environment is highly desirable.
  • Fluency in both Mandarin and English to effectively engage with headquarters and global stakeholders.
