Job Description

Financial Reporting & Compliance

  • Deliver accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting (including consolidations)
  • Ensure timely close processes, strong reconciliation integrity, and effective coordination with auditors, tax agents, and regulatory authorities



Treasury, Cashflow & Corporate Finance

  • Maintain full oversight of cashflow, liquidity planning, working capital, and banking relationships, including facilities and covenant compliance
  • Lead end-to-end capital raising initiatives, refinancing, and funding strategy to support business growth and project delivery
  • Structure and execute financing solutions, including project funding, joint ventures, and strategic investments, while managing negotiations with banks, investors, and financial institutions



Budgeting, Forecasting & Commercial Insight

  • Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
  • Provide robust financial modelling, feasibility studies, and scenario analysis to support strategic and operational decision-making



Governance, Controls & Risk Management

  • Establish and strengthen financial controls, SOPs, and governance frameworks
  • Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements while proactively managing audit findings and business risks



Operational & Project Finance Oversight

  • Oversee development budgets, project costings, billings, cash conversion cycles, and margin tracking
  • Partner with operational teams to drive cost discipline, project profitability, and financial performance



Leadership & Finance Transformation

  • Lead and develop the finance team, enhancing capability and reporting discipline
  • Drive process improvements, system enhancements, and ERP implementation to improve efficiency and scalability



The Successful Applicant

A successful CFO should have:

  • A degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in corporate finance.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills to guide teams and drive business growth.
  • Ability to analyze complex financial data and develop actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in implementing efficient processes and systems to enhance productivity.
