Job Description

  • Develop and implement category strategies to drive growth in alignment with business goals.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to optimize category performance and identify opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends and consumer data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to execute promotional plans effectively.
  • Monitor category performance and provide actionable insights to improve results.
  • Manage relationships with retail partners to enhance category visibility and sales.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on category performance to senior management.

The Successful Applicant

  • Educational background in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in Category Development, Trade Marketing, Shopper Marketing, or FMCG Commercial roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide insights with experience in syndicated data tools (e.g., Nielsen, Kantar, retailer data).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of market trends and consumer behavior.
