Job Description

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in the Indonesian language.
  • Resolve customer complaints by identifying the issue, explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Provide product and service information to customers as needed.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional service.
  • Meet individual and team performance targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company offerings to assist customers effectively.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Call Centre - Indonesian Speaker should have:

  • Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English languages, both spoken and written.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers professionally.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude and a customer-focused mindset to provide excellent service.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer information.
  • Comfortable working with rotating shifts/weekends/public holiday.
