Job Description

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve organizational goals.
  • Mentor the sales and marketing team to ensure high performance and engagement.
  • Identify market trends and opportunities to enhance business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
  • Monitor sales and marketing performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Work with other departments to align sales and marketing efforts with overall business goals
  • Oversee the development of promotional materials and campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all sales and marketing activities

The Successful Applicant

  • A strong educational background in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven people management skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams.
  • Extensive knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and market dynamics. Preferably from niche therapeutic areas or specialty care.
  • Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to drive business growth.
  • Experience in developing and managing budgets effectively.

What's on Offer

  • Annual salary ranging from MYR 162,000 to MYR 198,000.
