Job Description

  • Identify, approach, and develop new business opportunities and client relationships.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry intelligence reporting.
  • Support business development strategies, including screening and evaluating opportunities.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to drive commercial discussions and partnerships.
  • Assist in sales processes, contract reviews, and compliance with corporate guidelines.
  • Provide ongoing support to business development activities and ad-hoc projects.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Trading, Chemicals, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in business development, ideally within chemicals, metals, or trading environments.
  • Strong analytical and commercial mindset, with experience in market analysis and opportunity evaluation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, proactively, and in a multinational environment.
  • Exposure to import/export or international business is highly advantageous.
