Job Description

  • Drive new business development across Southeast Asia
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of new accounts within target industries such as data centres, semiconductor equipment, medical equipment, and clean energy
  • Engage directly with OEMs, distributors, and key partners to expand regional coverage
  • Identify customer needs and propose appropriate technical and commercial solutions
  • Work closely with internal engineering, product, and regional teams to support complex sales cycles
  • Contribute to regional go‑to‑market strategy and distributor optimisation

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Development Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience in business development or technical sales within industrial, electrical, or technology‑driven environments
  • Background aligned to one or more of the following industries:
    data centres, semiconductor equipment, renewable energy, medical equipment
  • Comfortable working across Southeast Asia and with multicultural stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Able to work independently while collaborating with regional and global teams
  • Distribution management experience and early leadership exposure are highly advantageous
  • Typically suited to a mid‑career profile comfortable with regional travel
