We are hiring a Business Development Manager to drive growth in the Hospitality & Real Estate segment. This is a strategic, project-based sales role where you will work on large-scale developments - from concept to completion - helping clients design and deliver premium wellness facilities.

Job Description

1. Project & Business Development

  • Identify and engage opportunities across:
    • Luxury hotels & resorts
    • Branded residences & high-end condominiums
    • Mixed-use and lifestyle developments
  • Build relationships with property developers, project owners, and operators
  • Identify high-value projects and prioritise opportunities with strong potential



2. Consultative Design & Solution Selling

  • Work closely with developers, architects, and consultants to:
    • Conceptualise gym and wellness spaces
    • Recommend equipment solutions and layouts
    • Align offerings with the project's branding and positioning
  • Position the company as a strategic partner, not just a supplier



3. Stakeholder Management

  • Engage with multiple stakeholders across the projectlifecycle:
    • Developers and investors
    • Hotel operators and asset managers
    • Architects and interior designers
  • Manage long, complex sales cycles



4. Pipeline & Market Intelligence

  • Maintain a strong pipeline of upcoming developments
  • Track market trends and identify high-end, viable projects early
  • Continuously refine territory strategy and client mapping

The Successful Applicant

5-8 years of experience in:

  • Project sales / B2B solutions / developer-facing roles



Experience working with:

  • Developers, architects, or hotel operators



Understanding of:

  • High-end residential or hospitality projects
  • Interest or passion in fitness, wellness, or lifestyle design



Exposure to industries such as:

  • Property development
  • Hospitality
  • Building solutions / project-based sales



Strong ability to manage long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
