Job Description

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across wireless, IoT, and embedded systems markets.
  • Manage and grow key customer accounts through consultative selling and relationship management.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and margin objectives.
  • Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and proposal submissions.
  • Oversee customer programs from initial engagement through design, development, and final delivery.
  • Gather and analyse market trends and competitor intelligence to inform business strategy.

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or sales.
  • Experience in ODM/OEM sales within semiconductor or networking industries is highly advantageous.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to build customer relationships and collaborate effectively across teams.
